Before real estate, Ira worked in fields as varied as law enforcement contracting, film and animation,
and shipping logistics operations. Those experiences taught him how to grind, adapt, and think
creatively—skills that became essential when he launched his real estate career. What started as a
leap of faith quickly turned into a passion: helping people navigate one of the biggest financial and
emotional decisions of their lives.
Real estate is rarely simple. It’s negotiations, deadlines, paperwork, and problem-solving—and this is
where Ira stands out. He is unapologetically obsessed with contracts, forms, and getting every detail
right, knowing that precision and accuracy in the paperwork are what protect our clients and keep

Beyond real estate, Ira is a dedicated husband and father who brings humor, balance, and
perspective to both his family life and team culture. His wife is busy climbing the corporate ladder,
his son keeps him on his toes, and together as a family they spend time camping, hiking, off-roading,
and exploring everything the wilderness has to offer. He also runs—sometimes for fitness,
sometimes for mud runs, always to remind himself he can.
