Jorge L. Villafañe-Rivera is an experienced public administration professional and licensed real estate agent with a diverse background spanning government service and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Puerto Rico.
Jorge began his career in 2007 with the Department of State in New York City. Between 2009 and 2017, he held various analyst and management positions within the federal government across Minnesota and South Carolina. During his time in Minnesota, he earned his first real estate license and worked as a licensed agent. In 2016, his outstanding leadership was recognized when he was nominated for ‘Manager of the Year’ by the Federal Executive Board.
In 2017, Jorge relocated to Tucson, Arizona, to be closer to family and took on the role of Manager at the Western Passport Center. Continuing his real estate career, he obtained his Arizona real estate license in 2020 and worked as an independent agent affiliated with Keller Williams Southern Arizona.
Jorge is deeply passionate about real estate, leveraging his expertise to assist sellers, buyers, and investors in achieving their goals. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys woodworking, fitness, and wine tasting. Jorge has been married for 17 years and is a proud father of two daughters, Sofia and Amelia.
